Should it happen that you lose the device on which you are signed in on the messenger or that there is another reason why you cannot access the device on which you are signed in, you can also sign out remotely.
There are two ways to do this. The first way is available for all users. Using the web client, go to ‘Profile’ and then click on the ‘Advanced’ tab. At the bottom of the page you will see a list of ‘Signed in clients’. At the bottom of the list, you can click on the button labeled ‘Sign out all clients’.
The second way to sign out remotely is only available for company administrators. Using this functionality, company administrators can also sign out other team members remotely. Go to the company settings and open the ‘Users’ tab. Look up the user in question and click ‘Edit’. Under ‘Actions’, click on ‘Sign out all clients’.
