Sometimes it is handy to be able to download a conversation, to print it and bring it to meetings (consider the environment though!) or archive it digitally.
You can download the entire contents of a conversation by exporting it as a PDF-file.
In the web version you can do this by opening the conversation you wish to download and clicking ‘More’ at the top of your screen. Choose ‘Download chat’.
On your mobile device you can download a chat by going to ‘Chat options’ and then clicking on ‘Download chat’.
Both the web version and the mobile applications will prompt you to choose the time period for which the contents should be downloaded.
A group conversation can also be downloaded, even when it is already closed.
