To invite a colleague to join you for a conversation in the Alterdesk messenger, click ‘New’.
A menu will open – choose ‘Co-worker’. Here you can enter the name and email address of the person you wish to invite. Add a personal message if you wish to do so and click ‘Add’.
Do note that you should use your co-worker’s company email address. If you use a personal email address, your colleague will still be invited to use the Alterdesk messenger, but he / she will not be listed as a co-worker after accepting the invite.
If the colleague you wish to invite does not have a company email address, you should ask your company admin to add him / her to the company using a private email address or a username.
