When you are participating in a video call on a Sony Xperia (with the Mediatek Helio chipset) your screen may turn green.
If this happens to you, try the following solution: go to ‘Settings’ -> ‘Display’ -> ‘Image Enhancements’. Switch off Image Enhancements (in the screenshot below it is still switched on). The problem should now be solved.
