If you are no longer using the email address with which you have registered your Alterdesk account, you can follow these steps to remove / replace your old email address:

  1. First add a new email address by following the steps in this article.
  2. Your old email address will still be marked as ‘primary’. This means that any communication about your account (such as the email sent to you when you have forgotten your password and you requested a new one) will be sent to this email address. Click on ‘Make primary’ next to your newly added email address. You will then be given the option to remove your old email address.
