During the registration process, you use one email address. But what if you have multiple active email addresses? How do you make sure you will not be constantly invited to join our messenger on those other email addresses?
You can add multiple email addresses to one Alterdesk account. We call additional email addresses ’email aliases’. In the web version and the desktop client you can find these by going to ‘Settings’. Then choose the tab ‘Email addresses’.
You can also pick a primary email address. When you have forgotten your password you can request a URL with which you can reset your password – the email containing the URL will be sent to your primary email address.
