When you receive a regular phone call on your mobile device, you are used to seeing a call screen with the option to either take the call or ignore it. Receiving video calls through Alterdesk works exactly the same.
You will see the operating system's native dialer where you can accept, or reject the call. Please be aware that certain system settings may override the native dialer.
