On the login screen you can click “Forgot password?” or you can click here. On that page you have to fill in your email address, after which we shall send a URL to reset your password to your primary email address.
A little tip: in order for your password to be as secure as possible, it has to adhere to our password policy. This means that any new password must contain:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character
If you have trouble memorizing your password and / or thinking of new ones, you could consider using a password manager.
