If you get an error message upon trying to log in, this can be caused by multiple different issues. The solution depends on the specific error message you are shown.


“Your account is temporarily blocked.”

It could be that when you were trying to log in, you entered a wrong password too often. If this is the case, your account is locked for 10 minutes and you can try again after that period. Do check whether Caps Lock is not on. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it.


“Incorrect credentials.”

In order to log in, you have to use the correct username (usually the email address you have registered with) and your password. Have you forgotten what your username is? Contact our helpdesk, we can look it up for you. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it.


“Enter a password.”

Possibly, you have forgotten to enter your password – you always need a password to log in (unless you are using Single Sign-on). Have you forgotten your password? You can always reset it.


“Enter a valid e-mail address.”

When logging in, you have to enter a valid username. Usually this is the email address you have registered with. This error message usually appears when you have entered an incorrect email address. An email address has the format X@Y.Z (for example employee@companyname.com).
