If the quality of your stream during a video call is not adequate, there are a few things you could check.
Older device
Our video call functionality performs best on newer computers, smartphones and tablets. These are equipped with the right hardware to smoothly process large quantities of data.
Slow internet connection
It could also be that your internet connection is too slow. You can test this at, for example, speedtest.net. The higher the amount of Mbps, the better.
None of the above?
If none of the factors mentioned above are an issue, but the quality is still not according to your wishes, feel free to contact us so that we can see how we can assist you further. Please mention the following in your message:
- What device you are using to conduct video calls;
- What amount of Mbps came out of your test;
- How many participants there are in your video call.
